These terms cover your use of the True Dream website. Our programmes, the True Dream app and Lumora each come with their own terms, which you will be given before you use them.
This website is run by True Dream Coaching and Consultancy (SSM registration no. 202503275714 (003783103-D)), a sole proprietorship providing dyslexia intervention and learning support in Johor Bahru, Malaysia. By using the website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it.
The articles, videos, milestone guide and other information here are general guidance for families and educators. They are not advice about a particular child.
The "Register My Child" and "Login" buttons take you to the True Dream app, which is a separate service with its own terms and privacy policy. Lumora is also a separate product with its own terms. These website terms do not cover either of them.
Professionals and organisations featured here operate independently unless otherwise stated. Recommendations are intended to help families explore suitable support and do not guarantee a specific outcome.
This website links to other websites, including YouTube, social media and the websites of organisations in our community. We are not responsible for their content or how they handle your information.
The words, videos, logo, design and other material on this website belong to True Dream Coaching and Consultancy or are used with permission. You are welcome to share links to any page, and to use the resources for your own family or classroom. Please do not copy or republish our material, or use our name or logo, without asking us first.
