Programmes and places

What we run, and how places open.

Places open and close as children join, progress and move on. Rather than publish a timetable that is out of date by the time you read it, we would rather you asked us about your child.

A place is always confirmed after an assessment, so availability is the start of a conversation rather than a seat being held.

What we run

Three programmes, and how a place comes free in each.

Small-group intervention

At the centre

Groups run with a maximum of five matched learners, so a place opens when a child moves on or a new group is formed. This is the programme places move fastest in.

Individual intervention

At the centre

One-to-one time is arranged around your child and the interventionist's timetable, so availability depends on the slot rather than on a group forming.

Home support and parent coaching

In your home, by appointment

Arranged individually across Johor Bahru, Kulai, Skudai, Masai and nearby areas. Home visits are currently fully booked, so new requests are reviewed case by case — tell us your area and we will be straight with you.

Ask us what is open for your child’s stage. Because groups are matched rather than filled, the useful question is never “is there a space on a Tuesday” — it is whether there is a space in a group your child belongs in. That is a two-minute conversation, and it costs nothing.

Placement

How a place is confirmed.

It is the assessment, not the timetable, that decides what we offer.

  1. Register

Opens an account and tells us what you have been noticing. No payment, and no programme chosen yet.

  2. Assessment

A structured look at how your child reads, spells and writes, and where the difficulty sits.

  3. Recommendation

We talk it through in plain language — including if what we would recommend is not a group, or not us.

  4. A place is offered

If a programme fits, we offer the place that matches and set your child’s goals within it.

If nothing fits

A full timetable is not the end of it.

If no group suits your child right now, individual sessions or home support may — and for some children those are the better answer anyway, not the fallback.

Either way, the assessment comes first. It is what tells us which of these a place should even be offered in.

What this page will never show.

Whatever this page shows, it holds programme, delivery mode, learning stage, day, time and status — and nothing else. No child's name, no parent's name, no contact details, no booking references. This website has no database access to our client system at all; it can only ever read a summary our own staff have released for publication.
